Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Streemly (the “Service”), a personal dashboard operated by Nathan Collins that brings your Twitch and YouTube live streams, uploads, and chat into one place. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Streemly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Streemly lets you connect your own Twitch and/or Google (YouTube) accounts to view followed and subscribed channels, their live status and recent uploads, a merged live chat, and—where you have the necessary permissions—to send chat messages and perform moderation actions as your own identity. The Service is provided on a personal, best-effort basis and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your connected accounts and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Third-party platforms
Streemly relies on Twitch and Google/YouTube and their APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Twitch Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with them. Streemly is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or Google/YouTube, and all related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
When using Streemly, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the terms of Twitch or Google/YouTube.
- Send spam, harassment, or unlawful content through connected chat features.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users’ data, or the underlying systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by automated overuse of connected APIs.
Moderation features
Moderation actions (such as deleting messages, timing out, or banning users) are carried out using your own platform permissions and are re-verified against the relevant platform before they are performed. You are solely responsible for the moderation actions you choose to take and their consequences.
Intellectual property
The Streemly name, logo, and the software behind the Service are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law. Content shown through the Service (streams, videos, chat messages) belongs to its respective owners and is surfaced for your personal use only.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data from third-party platforms will always be accurate or available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, including if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with the law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
